At EatFit 24/7 Inc., we are committed to delivering fresh, healthy meals safely and on time across Massachusetts.


 Delivery Schedule


All weekly meal prep orders are delivered every Sunday between **10:00 AM – 5:00 PM**.


Customers will receive their meals within the selected delivery window based on their location and route schedule.


Delivery Area


We currently deliver throughout selected areas in Massachusetts.


If your location falls outside our standard delivery zone, our team may contact you regarding delivery availability or additional delivery arrangements.


Delivery Instructions


Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and any special delivery instructions during checkout.


Our delivery drivers may leave meals at the door, lobby, reception, or designated drop-off location based on the customer’s provided instructions. By selecting contactless delivery or requesting meals to be left unattended, the customer accepts full responsibility for the order once it has been delivered.


EatFit 24/7 Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or temperature-compromised meals after delivery completion.


Missed Deliveries


If a customer is unavailable and no delivery instructions are provided, our driver may attempt to contact the customer. Additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery requests.


Store Pickup


Customers may also choose to pick up their orders directly from our store during designated pickup hours.


Pickup details and timing will be shared after order confirmation.


Meal Freshness & Storage


All meals are prepared fresh and packed carefully to maintain quality during transit. Customers are advised to refrigerate meals immediately upon receiving them.

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
