Refund policy

All the purchase from EatFit is final. If you want to cancel any order you can do it within the next 24 hours. Any order made on Saturday is non-refundable & non-cancelable. If customers want to cancel any order within the time they will get the refund as a gift card from the store. Which they can use for future purchases.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom orders (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on sale items or gift cards, or any discounted purchase.
